Iron Clad Records can accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover etc.) as well as Echecks via our online shopping cart. We can also accept mail in orders via Money Order. We absolutely DO NOT accept personal checks. Make money orders payable to "Bryan H" and mail to:

Return Policy:
All sales are final. Absolutely no cash refunds. Exchanges and/or store credit only. Exchanges however, are limited to the following:
1) Buyer must first contact us and receive a return # before returning any merchandise.
2) Defective merchandise can be exchanged for same exact item only
3) Non-defective Merchandise must be in new/resalable condition and can be exchanged for any items of equal or lesser value. Exchanges made for item(s) of lesser value will have a store credit issued for any price difference
4) Buyer must pay "two way shipping" on all returns of non-defective merchandise. This means that the buyer is responsible for payment of shipping costs for the return of goods as well as the receipt of the exchanged goods.
Shipping: All prices include shipping costs within North America. International shipping will automatically be calculated according to weight via the online shopping cart system
